To date, the company has built over 400 properties, varying in price from 145,000 euros to luxury villas at 600,000 euros. The higher price is usually determined by the more complicated architectural structure of the villa – haciendas style has many sloping roofs, and a large building footprint.

Although prices vary according to the complexity of the construction, but the quality of the workmanship remains the same. The price of the land - which obviously varies so much, is added to the villa prices shown.


Le Mas specialise in traditional villa styles. This includes the very popular Hacienda style, typical of the architecture of the region. An important and impressive feature is the way each room leads out onto the pool area. Another Le Mas speciality is the Bastide style. This type of property is very popular with people who wish to buy property as an investment.
